“If God is God” was my first novel, published in 1996. i think I only saw one formal review of it, in one of the library journals. The reviewer thought it was “very wordy.” I don’t think any comment was made on the story, itself.
The three or four people who confessed to reading the whole thing (and those three or four could have also been the total number of people who read it, period) actually all had very positive comments. That unanimity gives me courage to put the whole book up on my website. Maybe there are another three or four people out there who will read it, and enjoy it.
I admit that it is “wordy.” There are a lot of conversations, because that’s what the story is about - communication. If you like the story at all, I don’t think you’ll object to all the words.
Anyway, give it a try. We both might be surprised. If you like it - or don’t like it - let me know.
